The weathering resistant steel has excellent corrosion resistance performance and excellent mechanical properties such as stretching, impact and bending and can meet the mechanical demand of application in a power transmission and transformation iron tower after being thinned, the cost of raw materials is lowered, the power transmission iron tower adopting the weathering resistant steel does not need the processing cost of hot galvanizing, and the anticorrosion maintenance cost in the later period can also be reduced, whichhelps to reduce the construction cost. In addition, the hot-dip galvanizing process is omitted, and the pollution to the atmosphere and soil environments is reduced.
