Problems solved by technology

However, artificial synthetic materials have biocompatibility problems to varying degrees, which will cause aseptic inflammation caused by physical stimulation and sequelae caused by chronic rejection.
[0007] The source of autologous cartilage is limited, and it is easy to cause defects in the donor site; allogeneic cartilage is widely used, but it may cause immune rejection or cross-infection; periosteum transplantation has the defect of unstable effect

Embodiment 1

[0034] Example 1. Preparation of biological cartilage repair material

[0035] 1. Collect the rib cartilage of adult pigs that have just been slaughtered from a standardized management slaughter plant, try to avoid contact with contaminants, and freeze and store immediately after collection.

[0036] 2. Thaw the costal cartilage obtained in step 1 and wash it thoroughly, cut off the muscle tissue, and remove the periosteum (see the HE staining results at this time) figure 1 ).

[0037] 3. Decellularization treatment

[0038] Use surfactant solution to soak the costal cartilage.

[0039] The purpose of this step is to destroy the cell membrane structure and break the cells to dissolve.

[0040] Specific steps: Use 0.5g / 100ml TritonX-100 aqueous solution to soak at 8±2℃ for 15 hours, then wash with water.

[0041] 4. The first alkali treatment

[0042] The product of step 3 is soaked in an alkaline solution.

[0043] The purpose of this step is to destroy and dissolve non-collagen proteins.

Abstract

The invention discloses a biological type cartilage repair material and its preparation method. The method for preparing the biological type cartilage repair material comprises the following steps: (1) a surfactant solution is used to immerse and process isolated animal cartilage; (2) aqueous alkali is used to immerse and process a product obtained from the step (1); (3) a surfactant solution is used to immerse and process a product obtained from the step (2); (4) aqueous alkali is used to immerse and process a product obtained from the step (3); (5) an irradiation protective reagent solution with pH of 5.0-9.0 is used to immerse and process a product obtained from the step (4); and (6) a product obtained from the step (5) undergoes freeze drying and irradiation sterilization successively so as to obtain the cartilage repair material. The biological type cartilage repair material provided by the invention has advantages of no immunological reaction and good biocompatibility and can meet mechanical requirements of repaired tissues.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical equipment, and specifically relates to a biological cartilage repair material for repairing bone tissue in surgical operations and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Modern surgical operations often need to repair some defective cartilage tissues, such as bone injury repair and articular surface repair. In order to meet the needs of these repairs, there are currently a variety of clinical materials and solutions for the repair of cartilage damage, but at present, there are different degrees of application defects. [0003] The ideal scaffold material should have the following characteristics: ①good histocompatibility, non-toxic, non-teratogenic; ②three-dimensional structure; ③biodegradability; ④good cell interface; ⑤plasticity and certain Mechanical strength. [0004] The repair materials currently used clinically include the following categories: [0005] Natural biological materials: main...
