The invention relates to a sewage disposal PLC process automatic control system which consists of a server, an online UPS, an RS232 / RS485 converter, a plurality of PLC control units and a plurality of measurement and control points of each PLC control unit. The online UPS is connected with the server which is connected with the RS232 / RS485 converter; the system also includes a 1 revolution XRS485 hub which can prolong the communication distance again, wherein, one end of the hub is connected with the RS232 / RS485 converter, and the other end thereof is connected with the PLC control units; meanwhile, the PLC control units are connected with and control the measurement and control points. When the system is only connected with one PLC control unit, the PLC control unit can be directly connected with the RS232 / RS485 converter. If a TCP / IP-RS485 protocol converter is adopted, a host machine can communicate through LAN with the PLC control units, thereby not being limited by the communication distance of RS485. The measurement and control points serve as sensors and executive parts on site of sewage disposal. The server is simultaneously connected with a printer which is taken as basic configuration of the system and can be used for hard copy of various files.
