The method comprises the following steps: applying the GPS standards to convert the prior product design into a GPS standard model; producing a physical product according to the technical process and the corresponding digital control processing of the GPS standard generating product; using the product GPS standard model to choose a digital measuring device and generate a measurement procedure to detect the physical product and obtain a detection model; applying the GPS authentication operation to obtain an authentication model according to the GPS standard model information; determining whether the product is qualified or not by comparing the authentication model with the standard model; and modifying the design model if the product is not qualified.
