Abstract

The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly efficient anticorrosive paint which takes ironmaking steel slag as raw material. Steel slag micro powder with a little armco magnetic iron is obtained by grinding, magnetic separating, drying, milling, classifying and secondly magnetic separating the steel slag, power surface is treated by powder surface conditioning agent, and the product is obtained after additive is added into the steel slag micro powder. The preparation method of the paint comprises the steps: grinding the ironmaking steel slag; magnetic separating, drying, milling, classifying and secondly magnetic separating the grinded steel slag; surface chemical modifying powder granules; adding the additive and the like. The invention transforms the ironmaking steel slag with no or less value into the anticorrosive paint which has high value, good anti-corrosive property, no heavy metal and low cost, thereby not only solving the serious pollution problem of anticorrosive paint such as red lead type lead chromium, and the like, but also having good anti-corrosive property and cost performance in the anticorrosive paints.
