The invention relates to a calibration method for temperature test of a PCR instrument. The calibration method comprises the following steps: selecting N basic temperature key points according to a calibration process and working temperature characteristics of the PCR instrument; sending a calibration instruction, a deviation data modification instruction or other data to the PCR instrument by a calibration operation management server based on the key points; starting self calibration procedure by the PCR instrument for calibration operation after receiving the calibration instruction; and obtaining existing temperature data by a temperature detection instrument through a group of temperature sensing probes fixed on a PCR instrument module and send the temperature data to the calibration operation management server in real time so that the calibration operation management server obtains the temperature data detected by the temperature detection instrument in real time. The calibrationmethod can help quickly and accurately calibrate the temperature data of the PCR instrument, and the calibrated accurate data can be updated in the PCR instrument in real time.
