The outer side of an ignition fuel duct is sleeved with an ignition-fuel oxygen duct and a pulverized-coal oxygen duct which are coaxial with the ignition fuel duct; the outer side of the pulverized-coal oxygen duct is provided with a chamber for premixing pulverized-coal and oxygen; the chamber for premixing pulverized-coal and oxygen is a cone which is small in a left-side inlet and big in right-side inlet; the right end of the pulverized-coal oxygen duct is positioned on the left-side inlet of the chamber for premixing pulverized-coal and oxygen; the right end of the ignition-fuel oxygen duct is positioned on the right-side inlet of the chamber for premixing pulverized-coal and oxygen; a right-endoutlet of the ignition-fuel oxygen duct and an ignition head of an igniter are positioned on the right side of a right-end outlet of the ignition fuel duct; a right-end outlet of the pulverized-coaloxygen duct is sealed; a plurality of gas orifices surrounding the pulverized-coal oxygen duct are arranged near the right-end outlet of the pulverized-coal oxygen duct; and the gas orifices and the pulverized-coal oxygen duct are at an included angle of greater than 45 degrees and less than 90 degrees in the axial direction.
