The invention discloses a device for simulating pre-tensioning of a compression-type fender, consisting of an elastic deformation part, a position-limit guideway part and a pre-tensioning part; the position-limit guideway part comprises a guideway, a guideway sliding block and a pulley that is fixedly arranged at one end of the guideway; the elastic deformation part is fixedly connected with the guideway sliding block of the position-limit guideway part; the pre-tensioning part consists of a pulley, a heavy block, a pulley bracket and a filiform article that is capable of bearing the weight of the heavy block; the pulley bracket supports the pulley; one end of the filiform article is connected with the heavy block and hangs the heavy block in the air; the other end of the filiform article rounds the pulley and is then connected with the guideway sliding block or the elastic deformation part. The device can simulate three sections of rigidity characteristics with large property differences, and can adjust the corresponding free deformation section distance and the minimum reaction force value in the rigid stage according to the characteristic value needed by the target rigidity curve; therefore, the device utilize one model to simulate a plurality of entities with different rigidity characteristic values and can be widely used for simulating various devices that have similar rigidity characteristic with the compression-type fender.
