Problems solved by technology

However, when microbial products are heated, most probiotics such as lactic acid bacteria will lose their vitality or even die and lose their efficacy
This makes it impossible to use heat-sensitive microbial products in the processing and granulation of aquatic microencapsulated bait

Embodiment 1

[0010] The bait raw materials are imported fish meal 50kg, fermented soybean meal 18kg, squid pure liver paste 4kg, α-starch 20kg, fish oil 1kg, phospholipid 1kg and premix 6kg, a total of 100kg, and the bait raw materials are ultrafinely pulverized to a particle size of less than 0.046μm. Micropowder: microporous starch with a micropore size of about 1 μm and a ratio of pore cavity volume to total starch volume greater than 50% is selected. Microporous starch refers to starch with many small pores, and its surface and interior have a honeycomb porous structure, which has good adsorption performance and is a new type of biosorption material. Use 1000g of this microporous starch to adsorb (also called embedding) 40g of lactic acid bacteria (the number of viable bacteria is more than 10 billion / g) in its cavity, and absorb the lactic acid bacteria in the pores of the microporous starch to make a microporous adsorbent. During the preparation process of lactic acid bacteria adsorb...

Embodiment 2

[0012] The bait raw materials are 40kg of imported fish meal, 25kg of fermented soybean meal, 3kg of squid pure liver paste, 25kg of α-starch, 0.5kg of fish oil, 1.5kg of phospholipid and 5kg of premix, totaling 100kg. Superfine bait powder: select microporous starch with a micropore size of about 1 μm and a ratio of pore cavity volume to total starch volume greater than 50%. Microporous starch refers to starch with many small pores. Its surface and interior have a honeycomb porous structure, so it has good adsorption performance and is a new type of biosorption material. Use 1000g of this microporous starch to absorb 50g of lactic acid bacteria (the number of viable bacteria is more than 10 billion / g) in the cavity, and then adsorb the lactic acid bacteria in the pores of the microporous starch to make a microporous adsorbent, and then absorb the lactic acid bacteria in the micropores. During the starch preparation process, the reaction time is 12 hours, the reaction temperat...

Embodiment 3

[0014] The bait raw materials are imported fish meal 55kg, fermented soybean meal 15kg, squid pure liver paste 6kg, α-starch 15kg, fish oil 1.5kg, phospholipid 0.5kg and premix 7kg, totaling 100kg. Use 1000g of this microporous starch to adsorb 60g of lactic acid bacteria (the number of viable bacteria is more than 10 billion / g) in its cavity, and then adsorb the lactic acid bacteria in the pores of the microporous starch to make a microporous adsorbate, and then absorb the lactic acid bacteria in the micropores. During the starch preparation process, the reaction time was 13 hours, the reaction temperature was 55° C., and ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing probiotics-containing aquatic microcapsule feed, aiming at solving survival probability of the probiotics in high temperature and high humidity environment and adding the probiotics to the aquatic microcapsule feed to produce the probiotics-containing aquatic microcapsule feed suitable for shrimps, crabs, young fish and the like. The method comprises the following steps: raw feed is ground into ultrafine powder of the feed; the probiotics is adsorbed into pores of micro-porous starch to be prepared into micro-porous adsorbate; the mixture of the micro-porous adsorbate and the ultrafine powder is taken as a core material, and the aqueous solution of gelatin and Arabic gum is taken as a wall-material coating; the wall-material coating and the core material are prepared into a probiotics-containing microcapsule by the spray drying process; the microcapsule is cooled, sieved and warehoused to prepare the probiotics-containing aquatic microcapsule feed. Experiments prove that the microcapsule prepared by micro-porous adsorption and embedding can effectively maintain the activity of the probiotics in pelletization. The method provides broad prospect for the application of the probiotics in the aquatic microcapsule feed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of feed and feed additives, in particular to a production method of aquatic microcapsule bait containing probiotics. Background technique [0002] Aquatic microcapsule bait is the "breast milk" of shrimp, crab and fry. The intestines of aquatic seedlings are thin and short, and their digestive system is relatively weak. As its food, microencapsulated bait is like infant breast milk, and the requirements are extremely strict. Microencapsulated bait not only requires scientific, reasonable and safe proportioning, but also requires extremely high production technology—since the end product is only tens of microns, the raw materials must be ultrafinely pulverized. It is undoubtedly the best solution to add probiotics to the bait for easy digestion and absorption in the intestine. Probitics, under the guidance of microecological theory, are biological preparations or living organisms produced by special proces...
