Abstract

Working operation and status signal are collected by utilizing PP72 / 45 interface to lead out a switch quantity signal, based on analysis of data interface feature of Simens802D numerical control system. The requirements of serial communication of single-chip are met by the switch quantity signal with a serial level changer. An AT89S52 single-chip of ATMEL Company is used as smallest system pattern to finish the signal acquisition. The data output is realized with a serial port of the single-chip and a PC serial port. The invention develops the embedded service system, encapsulates the collected data into equipment services and sends to network as WEB mode, and users can test and evaluate the equipments by accessing the services. The economical numerical control system provided by the invention has function of remote diagnosis, and maintenance efficiency of the equipment system is promoted.
