The invention provides an efficient dynamic hydrate inhibitor which is a synthetic polyglycerol amide ester compound comprising the materials of glycerine, maleic anhydride and N-substituent amine; compared with the using concentration of water, the mass concentration of polyglycerol amide ester is 0.01-5wt%; the mole ratio of the maleic anhydride and N-substituent amine is 1-1.3:1; the mole ratio of the intermediate product obtained from the reaction of glycerine, maleic anhydride and N-substituent amine is n:1-n+2. The compound has a unique unit structure which can restrain hydrate growth or disperse hydrate particles to avoid gathering, thus restricting the growth of the hydrate through good adsorption. Compared with traditional thermodynamics inhibitor, the invention has the advantages of low usage, little pollution, better restraining time and effect; compared with efficient dynamic inhibitor of PVP, the invention has the advantages of low price, simple synthetic process and the like.
