Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid crystal display (LCD) module comprising an outer frame, a light guide plate, a middle frame, an LCD panel, a flexible circuit board and a plurality of point light sources. The outer frame is provided with a soleplate, and a side wall is erected on the outer margin of the soleplate; the light guide plate is arranged on the soleplate and is provided with a light-entry surface; the middle frame is arranged between the outer frame and the light guide plate and is provided with a plurality of openings corresponding to the light-entry surface; the LCD panel is arranged on the light guide plate; the flexible circuit board is provided with a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is jointed with and is electrically connected with the LCD panel; the second part is clamped between the side wall and the middle frame; the point light sources are arranged on the surface of the second part of the flexible circuit board, are electrically connected with the flexible circuit board and are respectively arranged in the openings; and the light-emission surface of the point light sources is parallel to the surface of the second part.
