Abstract

The purifying device comprises one or combination of an electrostatic presipitator, a filter, an activated carbon purifier, a photocatalyst sterilizer, an ultraviolet light sterilizing lamp and the like; and the air heater is a PTC ceramic heating element or heating cords, a metal electrical heated tube with radiating fins and the like.
