Abstract

The invention discloses an active element array motherboard which comprises a substrate, a plurality of pixel arrays and a polymer stable alignment curing circuit. The substrate is provided with a plurality of panel prearranged area, a circuit area, a first cutting line and a second cutting line, wherein the first cutting line is positioned on the circuit area between the edge of the substrate andthe second cutting line. Active elements in the pixel arrays are provided with polysilicon layers. The polymer stable alignment curing circuit is positioned on the circuit area and comprises a plurality of curing connecting cushions and curing running cables; and the curing connecting cushions are positioned between the edge of the substrate and the first cutting line. The curing running cables are provided with an upper electric conduction layer which is connected with the corresponding curing connecting cushions and the curing running cables; and the upper electric conduction layer and a drain electrode layer of a source electrode are the same membranous layer; therefore, the curing running cables can avoid problems such as peeling generation and the like and keep the normal operation of the polymer stable alignment curing circuit.
