The technology is characterized in that the seed is sprouted before seeding, is immersed with water of 55-60 DEG C for 24-36 hours, and is taken out and put into a seal plastic seed bag to be sealed; the seed bag is put into a thermostatic culturing room of 20-25 DEG C for 36-48 hours; and the seed can be taken out once becoming white to seed. The technology can shorten the seed emergence time of the short-pedicel aconite root by 15-20 days, improves the seed emergence ratio by 25-30%, obviously reduces the seed culturing cost and improves the quality of the seed.
