Abstract

The invention provides a culture medium for in vitro culture of epidermal melanophore. In the culture medium, a basic culture medium which is suitable for in vitro culture of the epidermal melanophore is used as a substrate, and growth factors (1), cAMP accelerant (2) and serum (3) are added into the substrate. The invention has the beneficial effects that the invention provides the culture medium which is specially used for in vitro culture of the epidermal melanophore, and the culture medium can be used for culturing epidermal melanophore with strong propagation capacity, migration capacityand melanin synthesizing capacity, can enable melanophore of patients to better grow and differentiate in vitro, and can be used for transplantation treatment of depigmented or nonpigmented dermopathic patients.
