Abstract

The invention discloses a data transmission method and system which is based on a separation access link. The invention relates to the wireless data transmission field, resolves the problem that data can not be transmitted by using the Relay technology in the existing long-term evolution system, and the network sharing problem when the LTE-A system and the LTE system are coexisted. The transmission method comprises: at lease one downlink sub frame in a physical frame is selected to be a downlink access link sub frame, data is sent to an user equipment at the downlink access link sub frame. The data comprises a control channel, a data channel and a pilot channel, at lease one uplink sub frame in the physical frame is selected to be an uplink access link sub frame, the data channel which issent from the user equipment is received at the uplink access link sub frame. The invention can be applied in the data transmission in the long-term evolution system.
