During baffling process of sludge and wastewater in the ABR upward-flow and downward-flow reaction chambers, mud water mixing state is improved, and the defect that a traditional ABR upward-flow chamber has many channels and blind angles is overcome. By arranging a filling material zone in the ABR upward-flow reaction chamber, microbe enrichment effect is raised, and the anaerobic hydrolysis effect is better. By arranging a sludge collection and return system at the end of the ABR, loss of anaerobic sludge is avoided, operation is flexible, and mobility is strong. The device of the invention is suitable for promotion and application in the field of small and medium-sized wastewater treatment.

The invention relates to an integrated device and an integrated method for enhancing the denitrification and dephosphorization of dispersed village and town sewage. A water inlet (13) and a water outlet (6) of the device are positioned at the bottom of the left side and on the upper part of the right side of a device main body (1) respectively; a perforated clapboard (4) divides the device main body (1) into seven areas, namely an anaerobic filter area (A), an anaerobic filter area (B), a composite area (C), a contact oxidation area (D), a contact oxidation area (E), a contact oxidation area (F) and a water outlet area (G) in turn; the composite area (C) is divided into two chambers with the same volume through a nonporous clapboard (25), a closed clapboard (27) and a porous clapboard (26); ceramsite (2) serving as a filler is arranged in the anaerobic filter area (A), the anaerobic filter area (B) and an anaerobic filter area (H); hollow spheres (3) and a system are arranged; and both bottoms of the anaerobic filter area (A) and the contact oxidation area (F) are provided with a nitration solution refluxing port (10). The device and the method are easy and convenient to operate, sanitary, and low in consumption and have impact load resistance.
