This invention provides an
integrated production equipment and process for headphone
volume control plastic parts, relating to the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology. This invention integrates nut feeding, injection molding,
sprue cutting and
sprue crushing and
discharge, injection molded part transfer, tray stacking, and
pallet conveying into a single
production line. This not only eliminates
manual handling and semi-finished product storage between processes, but also eliminates the need for an additional
slag removal
station by utilizing the design of simultaneously crushing and vertically discharging sprues during
sprue cutting. Furthermore, the collaborative operation of the plastic part suction cups and the tray suction cups in the tray stacking mechanism achieves a combination of functions including automatic empty tray replenishment,
rectangular array placement of injection molded parts, and continuous multi-layer tray stacking output. This makes the
machine more compact, the
production cycle more balanced, and
energy consumption and maintenance costs lower. It not only achieves
fully automated integrated production from bulk nuts to full-load tray output, but also significantly improves space utilization,
material flow efficiency, and the production efficiency of headphone
volume control plastic parts.
