This invention belongs to the field of magnetic
honing technology, and particularly relates to an eccentric magnetic
grinding wheel and a magnetic
honing device with magnetic pole reversal function. It solves the problems of low strength, low
processing efficiency, poor
processing stability, and rapid failure of existing magnetic
grinding wheels, as well as the need for manual changing of the
magnetization direction of the outer
magnetic poles in existing magnetic
honing devices. The eccentric magnetic
grinding wheel includes a lower
tool holder, at least one grinding phase, at least two rectangular strip-shaped inner magnets, and an upper
tool holder with the same number of inner magnets. This invention also discloses a magnetic honing device with magnetic pole reversal function, including a linear slide rail
assembly, a slide table, a
magnetic field generating mechanism, and two pipeline support assemblies. This invention enhances the
processing force of the grinding phase and improves processing efficiency; the grinding edge has a certain angle with the horizontal
reference plane, ensuring surface contact with the inner wall of the
polishing tube; thus improving both the grinding phase life and processing efficiency.
