The invention provides an energy-saving hot
freon drying and dehumidification
system and a control method thereof. The
drying and dehumidification
system comprises a
drying and dehumidification chamber, a hot
freon drying and dehumidification unit arranged in the drying and dehumidification chamber, a new air ventilation
system and a dehumidification system. The hot
freon drying and dehumidification unit, the new air ventilation system and the dehumidification system are in control connection with a control device, and the control device is electrically connected with a temperature sensor located in the drying and dehumidification chamber and a
humidity sensor located outside the drying and dehumidification chamber. The control method comprises the steps that the control device is turned on, whether a malfunction occurs or not is detected according to the collected data, and an alarm is given if the malfunction occurs; if all the data are normal, new air ventilation is conducted when the exterior is higher than the interior in temperature and lower than the interior in
humidity; and when the interior and the exterior tend to be uniform in humiture, the hot freon drying and dehumidification system is started to conduct drying and dehumidification, and when the exterior is lower the interior in
humidity, exhausting and dehumidification are conducted. According to the energy-saving hot freon drying and dehumidification system and the control method thereof, the drying efficiency is improved, and
energy consumption and
pollution are lowered; and by adoption of
intelligent control, convenience and high efficiency are achieved, the cost is saved, control is reliable, and operation is stable.
