Abstract

The invention discloses a full-automatic capsule detection machine, which consists of a host machine and a transmission control device, wherein the host machine is provided with a cap detection device, a body detection device, a non-separation removing device, a waste cap removing device, a waste body removing device, a body-cap nesting pre-locking device and a finished product leading-out device; a main motor drives a main shaft through a speed reducer; the main shaft is provided with a cam and a chain wheel; the cam drives each operating mechanism to run; and vacuum is adopted to finish the separation operation of the body and the cap. Positive pressure air is adopted to finish waste removing operations. The entire machine is operated to finish respective motions through a position sensor arranged on the capsule detection machine and PLC control. Because an optical fiber sensor body-cap detection device is arranged in the full-automatic capsule detection machine, the full-automatic capsule detection machine can accurately detect out defects of the body and the cap and lead the defects out of a production line.
