Embodiment Construction

[0017] The original species of clematis generally adopt the method of seed propagation. In this embodiment, two kinds of plant growth regulators, gibberellin (gibberellin) and 6-benzyl adenine (6-benzyl adenine), are used respectively in various concentrations to treat clematis seeds, aiming to explore The effects of these two plant growth regulators on the germination characteristics of clematis seeds are expected to provide a basis for the conservation of wild clematis plant resources, the introduction and cultivation of clematis plants and the breeding of clematis plants.

[0018] Test material

[0019] The seeds of pink-green clematis were collected from Banfanggou, Urumqi, Xinjiang. The thousand-grain weight is 1.56g.

[0020] Growth regulators: gibberellin content of 92%, 6-benzyl adenine content of 99.6%, purchased from Beijing Chemical Reagent Company.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for promoting the sprouting of a clematis glauca seed, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) respectively preparing 100-300mg/L of gibberellin solution and20-40mg/L of 6-benzyladenine solution by adopting acetone as a solvent; (2) soaking the clematis glauca seed in 0.1 percent of potassium permanganate solution for one hour; soaking the clematis glauca seed by using the gibberellin or 6-benzyladenine solution for one hour and then placing in a refrigerator at 9 DEG C for refrigerating for one month; and (3) placing the refrigerated seed into a thermostat at 25 DEG C for promoting sprouting. The method has obvious function of promoting the sprouting of the seed by utilizing the gibberellin and the 6-benzyladenine, the seed sprouting rates respectively reach 64 percent and 67 percent, and the sprouting characteristics of the seed are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for promoting seed germination, in particular to a method for germination of pink clematis, which belongs to the field of agricultural technology. Background technique [0002] Clematis glauca Willd.Herd.Baumz. Clematis glauca Willd.Herd.Baumz. is a vine of the genus Clematis in the family Ranunculaceae, with one to two pinnate compound leaves, entire margins or a few teeth. Often monochasiums, 3 flowers, bracts leafy, entire or 2-3 lobed, 4 sepals, yellow. The flowering period is from June to July, and the fruiting period is from August to October. Pulsatilla seeds were treated by soaking, drying, low temperature, potassium permanganate, gibberellin, and ultrasonic waves, and the germination time, germination rate, and germination potential of the seeds were measured. The results showed that the seeds of Pulsatilla chinensis had the characteristics of embryo dormancy. Gibberellin 100, 50, 20mg / L and cold storage ca...
