Problems solved by technology

[0006] Different plant seeds have different structures, complex physiological changes occur during germination, and the germination physiological characteristics of different plants are also different (Pan Ruichi, Dong Yude. Plant Physiology, Higher Education Press, 1998), for pink clematis seeds Treatment has not been reported yet

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The original species of clematis generally adopt the method of seed propagation. In this embodiment, two kinds of plant growth regulators, gibberellin (gibberellin) and 6-benzyl adenine (6-benzyl adenine), are used respectively in various concentrations to treat clematis seeds, aiming to explore The effects of these two plant growth regulators on the germination characteristics of clematis seeds are expected to provide a basis for the conservation of wild clematis plant resources, the introduction and cultivation of clematis plants and the breeding of clematis plants.

[0018] Test material

[0019] The seeds of pink-green clematis were collected from Banfanggou, Urumqi, Xinjiang. The thousand-grain weight is 1.56g.

[0020] Growth regulators: gibberellin content of 92%, 6-benzyl adenine content of 99.6%, purchased from Beijing Chemical Reagent Company.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for promoting the germination of Clematis clematis seeds, which is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: 1) using acetone as a solvent to prepare 100-300 mg / L gibberellin solution and 20-40 mg / L gibberellin solution respectively 6-benzyl adenine solution of L; 2) clematis seeds were soaked in 0.1% potassium permanganate solution for 1 hour, then clematis seeds were treated with gibberellin or 6-benzyl After soaking in adenine solution for 1 hour, put it into a refrigerator at 9°C for one month; 3) put the refrigerated seeds into a thermostat at 25°C to accelerate germination. The method of the present invention utilizes the gibberellin and 6-benzyl adenine to significantly promote the germination of the seeds, and the germination rates of the seeds reach 64% and 67% respectively, thereby improving the germination characteristics of the seeds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for promoting seed germination, in particular to a method for germination of pink clematis, which belongs to the field of agricultural technology. Background technique [0002] Clematis glauca Willd.Herd.Baumz. Clematis glauca Willd.Herd.Baumz. is a vine of the genus Clematis in the family Ranunculaceae, with one to two pinnate compound leaves, entire margins or a few teeth. Often monochasiums, 3 flowers, bracts leafy, entire or 2-3 lobed, 4 sepals, yellow. The flowering period is from June to July, and the fruiting period is from August to October. Pulsatilla seeds were treated by soaking, drying, low temperature, potassium permanganate, gibberellin, and ultrasonic waves, and the germination time, germination rate, and germination potential of the seeds were measured. The results showed that the seeds of Pulsatilla chinensis had the characteristics of embryo dormancy. Gibberellin 100, 50, 20mg / L and cold storage ca...
