Abstract

The invention relates to hole buckle devices for front and back door glass of an automobile and a hole buckle mounting method. The devices are fixed on a special workbench bedplate by using bolts through a positioning support, a cushion block pedestal and a fixing pedestal according to length and width positions of the door glass; and a support bar is fixed in a hole of the special workbench bedplate by using a nut. The mounting method comprises the following steps: arranging the door glass on a supporting screw of the workbench with the two sides of the door glass adjoining the support; lightly pressing a hole buckle part into a glass hole; and moving a compression bar mechanism above the hole buckle part, forcibly pressing the compression bar mechanism down until the hole buckle part iscompletely pressed into the glass hole and loosening a handle, so the compression bar restores to an original state under the action of an elasticity restoring mechanism. The hole buckle devices and the hole buckle mounting device have the advantages that: a pair of compression bar mechanisms is used, so production cost is lowered and working efficiency is improved; the compression bar can restore automatically, so labor force is reduced; and in the aspect of mounting, a reference cushion block is used for positioning and the compression bar is used for mounting, so the hole buckle part is correctly arranged in the glass hole, error is controlled within a tolerance range, and repeatability and stability are high.
