Embodiment

[0018] Use a measuring cylinder to measure 20.0ml of the liquid milk sample to be tested into a 50ml conical flask, take out 1.2ml of adsorbent S from the reagent bottle with a colander, and add it to the conical flask containing the liquid milk sample. Stir at room temperature for 10 minutes on a magnetic stirrer. Then pour off the milk, and wash the adsorbent S with distilled water for 4-5 times (for fresh milk samples, wash with distilled water at 40-50°C) until the eluate is transparent. Pour out the liquid in the beaker, add 1.0ml of desorbent I and 60mg~80mg of desorbent II respectively, place in a water bath at 60°C and heat for 2 minutes, shaking continuously during this period. Then transfer the desorbed solution to a clean glass test tube, add 0.25ml (about 5 drops) of precipitant A to the test tube, and shake well. Pour the liquid into a syringe equipped with a microporous membrane, filter until a clear liquid is obtained, then add 0.20ml (about 4 drops) of Precipi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting melamine in liquid milk. The method for rapidly detecting the melamine in the liquid milk comprises the following steps of: adding modified cation resin into the liquid milk to perform solid-liquid extraction and enrichment on the melamine; desorbing the melamine from the resin by using a desorbing reagent; and then adding precipitation reagents of the solution of silver nitrate (AgNO3) and the solution of zinc acetate into stripping liquid, wherein if the solution turns cloudy, the milk sample contains the melamine; and if the solution does not turn cloudy, the melamine content of the milk sample is lower than 2 ppm. The method has the characteristics of high selectivity, high sensitivity, high accuracy, low cost, simple and convenient operation and the like. The method can be used for rapidly detecting the melamine in the liquid milk and can be mainly used for screening large-batch liquid milk samples.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid detection method for melamine in liquid milk. The rapid detection method involved in the present invention is a precipitation qualitative detection method. Background technique [0002] The exposure of the melamine "poisonous milk" incident has aroused the attention of the world. Because the grassroots milk stations do not have the conditions to detect melamine, they dare not buy fresh milk from dairy farmers, resulting in serious losses for many dairy farmers. Instrumental analysis methods are mainly used for the determination of melamine in liquid milk at present, such as high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS). It has the disadvantages of expensive equipment, high operating costs, complicated sample pretreatment, professional operators and complicated sample processing, etc. It is not suitable for promotion and use ...
