The method comprises the steps of: research on the digitalization of earlier-stage technology, comprising the selection of a coordinate system, the formulation of generally-surveyed resource classification standards and the like; the digitalization of the execution of a general-survey process, namely, digitalizing the preparation of conventional data, the real-time acquisition of general-survey data, the later clearing-up of the general-survey data and the like; and the digitalization of the integration of generally-surveyed resources, namely, digitalizing the association and the like of pattern results, attribute results and multimedia results. After the 3S technology is utilized to generally survey the resources, the digitalization of resource evaluation can be realized; and the digitalization of the application of the general-survey results can be further realized.
