The bone biomechanical measurement device comprises a host system and a control system; the host system comprises a host mechanical system, a servo motor controller for driving a servo motor, a pull pressure sensor for measuring pull pressure of the bone, a bending pressure sensor for measuring the bending force of the bone, and a displacement sensor for measuring the pull pressure of the bone to generate pull pressure deformation; and the control system comprises a programmable controller, a data acquisition controller and a measurement control processor. The bone biomechanical measurement device not only realizes the measurement of single mechanical properties when the bone is acted with pull pressure, torsion and bending respectively, but also realizes the fatigue mechanical property measurement of the bone and the composite mechanical property measurement when the bone is acted with pull pressure, torsion and bending at the same time.
