The invention relates to a surgical tissue closing device with a visual function, comprising a handhold device and a signal receiving and playing system, wherein the handhold device comprises a drive device used for supplying closure and firing needed power, a tissue closing assembly used for implementing a surgery by making use of the power supplied by the drive device, a micro camera used for collecting video signals, a signal processing device used for converting the video signals collected by the micro camera to digital signals and a signal sending device used for sending the digital signals; and the signal receiving and playing system comprises a signal receiving device used for receiving the digital signals sent by the handhold device, a signal processing device used for converting the received digital signals to video signals and a display terminal used for playing the video signals. The invention obtains the video signals through the micro camera arranged on the handhold device and transfers the video signals to a video receiving and playing system, thereby realizing real-time monitoring in the operation process of the surgery and assisting accurate location.
