Abstract

The invention relates to a porcelain glaze of an enameling sheet for marsh gas and application thereof. The porcelain glaze consists of a base glaze and a face glaze. The base glaze is melted at the temperature of 1,150 DEG C, sprayed onto a steel plate of which the thickness is 3 to 10mm after ball milling and fired for 5 to 15 minutes at the temperature of 880 DEG C; and the face glaze are melted at the temperature of 1,100 DEG C, sprayed onto a steel plate coated with a base glaze blank after ball milling and fired for 5 to 15 minutes at the temperature of 860 DEG C to obtain the enamelingsheet for the marsh gas. The porcelain glaze has the advantages that: requirements of normal gas generating reaction in a marsh gas tank of which the pH value is between 6 and 8 can be met; the performance of the glaze is still stable when the pH value is lower than 6 or higher than 9; the porcelain glaze is suitable for the growth and propagation of microorganisms in the marsh gas tank; and the porcelain glaze can be used for years and has a low cost and simple process.
