Bridge and culvert type sheet-pile structure

A technology for sheet pile structures, bridges and culverts, applied in sheet pile walls, infrastructure engineering, construction, etc., can solve the problems of changing the direction of the ocean flow field, affecting the ecological environment, and difficult construction, and reducing uneven settlement and maintenance. The effect of less, less protective structure

Problems solved by technology

These conventional structures have the following problems: riprap structures, riprap mixed structures, and pile-slab composite structures are impervious to water on both sides of the road. After the completion of the project, the direction of the ocean flow field will be changed, which will affect the ecological environment; However, the construction in beach areas is difficult, the adaptability is poor, and the investment cost is too high

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The specific structure of the present invention is illustrated below in conjunction with the embodiment given with accompanying drawing.

[0017] As shown in the accompanying drawings, the bridge-culvert type sheet pile structure of the present invention has two rows of reinforced concrete prefabricated pipe piles 1 whose lower ends are inserted into the seabed bearing layer. On these two rows of reinforced concrete prefabricated pipe piles, two vertically adjacent Reinforced concrete prefabricated baffles 2 and another reinforced concrete prefabricated baffle 3 with semicircular slot holes are installed alternately on the inner side of the upper part of the reinforced concrete prefabricated pipe pile. The third reinforced concrete prefabricated baffle 4 of the hole, the end of the culvert pipe 5 is installed in the circular slot formed by the semicircular slot on the other and the third reinforced concrete prefabricated baffle, the reinforced concrete prefabricated baff...

Abstract

The invention provides a bridge and a culvert type sheet-pile structure, which belongs to a building structure of a sea lane embankment in a shallow paralic area. The bridge and culvert type sheet-pile structure has two rows of reinforced concrete prefabricated sheet-piles of which the lower ends are inserted into a bearing stratum of a seabed, wherein a reinforced concrete prefabricated baffle and another reinforced concrete prefabricated baffle with a semi-round slotted hole are arranged on the inner sides of the upper parts of two longitudinal adjacent reinforced concrete prefabricated sheet-piles in a staggered way, and a third reinforced concrete prefabricated baffle with a semi-round slotted hole is arranged on the another reinforced concrete prefabricated baffle; the end part of a culvert pipe is mounted in a round slotted hole and sleeved on the two sides of a reinforced concrete beam at the upper parts of two transverse reinforced concrete prefabricated sheet-piles through through-holes on the two ends; and the upper ends of the two rows of reinforced concrete prefabricated sheet-piles are provided with reinforced concrete longitudinal beams respectively. The sheet-pile structure adopted has the advantages that: seawater on the two sides of the sea lane can be communicated freely; after a project is built, a sea stream field is not affected; ecology is hardly affected; the whole stability is high; a few protection structures are built; work amount is small; transportation and installation are convenient and quick; and post maintenance is little.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a construction structure of an embankment of a road entering the sea in a shallow sea area, in particular to a sheet pile structure. Background technique [0002] During the development and utilization of marine resources in shallow sea areas such as 2-5m deep sea areas, it is often necessary to construct shallow sea marine engineering. For example, in the development process of beach oilfields around the Bohai Sea, the development model of offshore oil land production is often adopted, that is, extending from the land to the sea to build sea routes and artificial islands, and then engage in drilling and oil production operations. The traditional embankment of Jinhai Road often adopts structures such as riprap structure, riprap mixed structure, pile-slab composite structure and trestle bridge. These conventional structures have the following problems: riprap structures, riprap mixed structures, and pile-slab composite structur...
