Abstract

The invention discloses an LED constant-current driven chip input circuit. The input circuit comprises a protection circuit, a noise reduction circuit and a drive circuit which are sequentially connected, wherein external signals are input by the protection circuit, the noise interference is reduced by the noise reduction circuit, and the drive capability is enhanced by the drive circuit. When an input signal pin produces static electricity (i.e. the voltage is higher than the supply voltage VDD or lower than the grounding reference voltage), electrostatic charges can be discharged by the protection circuit so as to prevent high energy from being injected into a chip and damaging internal units. Since external digital signals are processed by the noise reduction circuit after entering the circuit, the invention can effectively eliminate the influence of external noise so as to provide a shaped logic level to the interior circuit, and a three-stage inverting driver chain behind the noise reduction circuit can greatly enhances the signal drive capability.
