Abstract
The invention relates to a hydrophilic coating for the surface of a medical apparatus and a preparation method thereof. The hydrophilic coating comprises a bonding layer and a hydrophilic layer, wherein the bonding layer and the hydrophilic layer form a semi-interpenetrating network structure; the bonding layer is crosslinking polyurethane obtained after hydrophilic polyurethane is crosslinked with a crosslinking agent; and the hydrophilic layer is a wetting hydrophilic macromoleclar polymer. The preparation method of the hydrophilic coating comprises the following steps of: preparing the hydrophilic polyurethane; reacting the hydrophilic polyurethane with the crosslinking agent to obtain the crosslinking polyurethane; coating the crosslinking polyurethane on the surface of the medical apparatus, then dissolving the wetting hydrophilic macromoleclar polymer into a solution prepared by deionized water, and coating on the crosslinking polyurethane coating to obtain the hydrophilic coating used for the surface of the medical apparatus. The hydrophilic coating not only can improve complex physical and chemical action generated when the material surface of the medical apparatus contacts with human tissues and effectively reduce the friction generated in the inserting process and the injury generated on tissue mucosae, but also has low cost.
Description
A kind of hydrophilic coating for the surface of medical equipment and preparation method thereof technical field The invention relates to a hydrophilic coating, in particular to a hydrophilic coating used on the surface of a medical device and a preparation method of the hydrophilic coating. Background technique In the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients, modern medicine requires minimal harm to the patient's body, and advocates "non-invasive" or "less invasive" diagnosis and treatment. Interventional technology is to extend from the outside of the body through various catheters into the body to observe, diagnose and treat the affected part of the patient. Therefore, it fully embodies the spirit of "non-invasive" and "less invasive" diagnosis and therapy, and greatly promotes the development of clinical medicine. Catheters that intervene in the human body must have good biocompatibility. Because polymer materials have excellent properties such as non-toxic and...
