The chosen live embryo eggs are processed, and the ingredients of material water for boiling the embryo eggs comprise: 15 kg of iodized salt, 2 kg of white sugar, 1 kg of monosodium glutamate, 2 kg of spice, 0.5 kg of cinnamon, 0.5 kg of anise, 0.2 kg of pepper, 0.5 kg of eucommia bark, 0.5 kg of medlar, 0.5 kg of astragalus, 0.2 kg of cumin and 15 kg of sodium nitrite which are added into 100 kg of water. The material water is put in a pot and the ingredients are soaked for 1 to 2 h; then the live embryo eggs are added into the pot and cooked and then stewed; and after naturally cooled, the live embryo eggs are taken out of the pot.
