Abstract

The invention provides a bean seed germinating ability measuring device based on an impedance spectrum, comprising a signal generating unit, a clamping unit and an impedance spectrum detecting unit, wherein the signal generating unit is used for outputting excitation signals and reference signals which have the same frequencies, amplitudes and phases in a sweep way; the clamping unit comprises a fixing member and electrodes and is used for outputting and representing impedance detecting signals of impedance characteristic of the seed to be measured under the excitation signal, wherein the fixing member is used for fixing a seed to be measured, and the electrodes are arranged on both sides of the seed to be measured; and the impedance spectrum detecting unit is used for detecting the amplitude ratio and the phase difference between the reference signals with different frequencies in a sweep range and the corresponding impedance detecting signals to obtain the amplitudes and the phases of the impedance detecting signals by calculating the amplitude ratio and the phase difference, thereby generating the impedance distribution curve of the seed to be measured in the sweep range, and then obtaining the germinating ability of the seed to be measured after extracting characteristic parameters. Under the condition of not destroying the seed to be measured, the device rapidly judges the germinating ability of the seed, thereby greatly saving manpower, materials and times.
