Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings and discloses preparation of a waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating with excellent water resistance and salt-fog resistance. In the preparation of the coating, a reactive waterborne epoxy emulsifier is synthesized. The coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises waterborne epoxy emulsion, assistants and the like and accounts for 35-45% of the total mass fraction of the coating; and the component B comprises a waterborne epoxy hardener, pigment, filler assistants and the like and accounts for 55-65% of the total mass fraction of the coating. In the invention, by introducing bisphenol A chain segments, carboxyl groups and epoxy groups into the molecular structure of the waterborne epoxy emulsifier, the emulsifier has better emulsifying ability, and the particle diameter of the waterborne epoxy emulsion prepared by the emulsifier is smaller; and simultaneously, the emulsifier can participate in the curing reaction, thereby eliminating the influence of emulsifier components on the water resistance of the waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating.
