The array substrate comprises a source electrode, a drain electrode and a thin film transistor (TFT) channel, wherein lug bosses are respectively arranged on two sides of the TFT channel. By forming the lug bosses on the two sides of the TFT channel, higher excessive corrosion is caused immediately, parameters of the TFT channel can be guaranteed, the actual width of the TFT channel is increased, the delay of signal transmission of the TFT channel is reduced, the response time of a liquid crystal display (LCD) is improved, and the performance of the LCD is improved.
