The modular flat top plate can be assembled by the following steps of: firstly, fixing the top plate framework on the steel structure of the car body by attachment lugs; secondly, mounting side top plates at two ends and fixing the side top plates on the top plate framework by the connecting pieces; and finally, mounting the intermediate top plate and fixing the intermediate top plate on the top plate framework through the connecting pieces and the compressing lock.
