The invention provides a method for installing a modular side wall of a railway passenger car. The method comprises the following steps: fixing connection irons on inside wooden frameworks of wallboards at the sides of a window; fixing semi-I-shaped installing seats on a dividing wall of a car body, wherein the openings of the installing seats face to the window; inserting the outer sides of the wallboards at the sides of the window into the semi-I-shaped installing seats; fixing the connection irons with steel structures of the car body with bolts; fixedly connecting the window sides of the wallboards at the sides of the window with steel columns of the car body with connection boards; and after putting wallboards in the middle of the window in place, fixing the left and right sides of the wallboards in the middle of the window with the inside wooden frameworks of the wallboards at the sides of the window with wooden screws. The side wall realizes modularization, has a simple and compact structure and high efficiency and is convenient and fast to assemble. Under the condition of the same constructors, the constructors spend about 2 days on assembling the side wall of each car in a scattered manner, but the constructors only spend 2 hours on installing the modularly designed side wall of each car according to the method provided by the invention; therefore, the method has the following beneficial effects: the production efficiency is obviously improved; meanwhile, the installation quality and precision are higher; and the side wall is convenient to maintain and overhaul.

Production process of N-type back contact solar cell

The invention relates to a production process of an N-type back contact solar cell. The production process comprises the following steps of: flocking a silicon substrate so that a light reflective surface has a flock surface; oxidizing the silicon substrate; manufacturing a diffusion window on a back side of the silicon substrate; carrying out selective boron source thermal diffusion to enable the exposed silicon to be doped by boron to form a PN junction; removing an oxide layer and impurities; oxidizing the silicon substrate again; plating an anti-reflecting film on the light reflective surface of the silicon substrate; carrying out screen printing by using metal electrode paste; and sintering to obtain a metal electrode to finish the manufacturing of the cell. The production process disclosed by the invention is artful in concept, compatible with conventional industrial cell production and easy to realize industrial manufacturing; meanwhile, relative to the conventional solar cell, the N-type back contact solar cell manufactured by the production process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that: an etching step with higher cost is saved, and metal electrode screen printing is changed into a one-step screen printing from three-step metal electrode screen printing of the conventional solar cell. The production process disclosed by the invention is widely applied in the photovoltaic field and has favorable market prospect.
