Abstract

The invention relates to a ferrite addictive for preventing cracking during sintering, and is characterized by being ferrite powder with an internal micropore structure. The ferrite addictive is added into a normal powder material according to a ratio of 5 to 20%, the mechanical strength of the additive is low, so the addictive is easy to crush and disperse into the blank to form a three-dimensional network distribution from outside to inside, namely a conductive three-dimensional network structure, thus a good channel for discharging water and glue is provided for the product, so the volatile substances are easy to discharge from the blank when the blank is heated, and cracking is difficult to form. The ferrite addictive can largely improve the blank sintering speed and greatly increase the output for factories which use the nitrogen kilns. By using the ferrite addictive, the cracking of a magnetic core feedback material during a multi-layer sintering process can be well avoided; the sintering speed can be accelerated in a factory that uses belly type furnaces, and a whole sintering process can be finished within a day; and cracking phenomenon is basically eliminated when manufacturing large-size magnetic cores.
