The invention relates to a method for extracting
lycium barbarum
polysaccharide through cooperation of ultrasonic
waves and a surfactant. The method comprises the steps that
lycium barbarum of
poor quality or
lycium barbarum residues are dried in air and smashed through a smashing
machine to obtain lycium barbarum
powder; the lycium barbarum
powder is added into a surfactant water solution with the
mass percentage concentration of 0.8-1.2% according to the
mass-to-volume ratio of 1:20-30, mechanical stirring is achieved for dissolving, soaking is carried out for 3-5 h at the
room temperature, and feed liquid is obtained; the feed liquid is subjected to ultrasonic extraction, lycium barbarum
powder is subjected to ultrasonic extraction for 3 times at the ultrasonic powder of 200-300 w, each extraction is kept 20-30 min, filtrates are combined, and a
lycium barbarum polysaccharide extracting solution is obtained;
filtration is carried out through a 250-350-mesh five-layer nylon net to remove lycium barbarum seeds and insoluble substance, standing is conducted for 24 h, supernatant is collected, and residues are discarded;
filtration is carried out through the 250-350-mesh five-layer nylon net to remove residues, and
lycium barbarum polysaccharide clean liquid is obtained; the volume is concentrated to be quarter, 3-5-fold absolute ethyl
alcohol is added, and standing is carried out for 24 h; suction
filtration is carried out, filtrate is abandoned, and insoluble substance is obtained; ethyl
alcohol is removed,
forced air drying is carried out at 60 DEG C, and
lycium barbarum polysaccharide is obtained. The method has the advantages of being high in extracting efficiency, simple in steps, convenient to operate, free of
pollution and nonhazardous.
