The yield of the lycium barbarum polysaccharide extracted by using the method is higher than the yields of lycium barbarum polysaccharides extracted by using a hot water extraction method, an ultrasonic extraction method and a subcritical water extraction method, and the antioxidant activity of the lycium barbarum polysaccharide extracted by using the method is stronger than the antioxidant activities of the lycium barbarum polysaccharides obtained by using the hot water extraction method, the ultrasonic extraction method and the subcritical water extraction method. Therefore, the method can lay the foundation for the industrial production and pharmacological research of the lycium barbarum polysaccharide.
