The signal output part is electrically connected with the first switch, the second switch and the third switch. The first switch is electrically connected with a first voltage source and starts up according to a frequency signal. The second switch is electrically connected with a second voltage source. The inversion frequency signal of the first control unit is a reversed-phase frequency signal for outputting a switching signal capable of swtiching on the second switch. The resistor is connected in series between a third voltage source and the third switch. The third switch controls the signal output part to be conducted with the third voltage source electrically.
