In the optical coupler isolating circuit provided by the embodiment of the invention, the coupling capacitor is connected between the output end of the external signal source and the base of the photoelectric triode, so a high-frequency component in a digital signal output by the external signal source can directly drive the photoelectric triode through the coupling capacitor, and a low-frequency component output by the external signal source is still transmitted through the optical coupler; therefore, the transmission rate of the optical coupler can be improved, and the cost of the optical coupler can be reduced.
