Problems solved by technology

The workpiece to be processed needs to be fixed at multiple processing stations, and the workpiece to be processed needs to be turned over for each installation, which is prone to errors
Multiple processing brings multiple cumulative tolerances, which has a great impact on the quality of the final product
Multiple clamping of the workpiece to be processed into the jig makes it difficult to ensure the laser accuracy of the product into the dimensional tolerance
Due to the existence of tolerances, the laser parameters need to be constantly adjusted, which is complex and difficult to operate
Multiple clamping of the workpiece to be processed can easily scratch the surface of the product, making the appearance of the product poor and causing the product to be scrapped
Multiple disassembly and replacement between different fixtures also lead to low processing efficiency, and the output of each set of equipment can only reach 2000 pieces / day
[0005]The reason why the production efficiency is affected and the need to change between different fixtures is that the structure of the fixtures used in the prior art is complex and cannot be adapted to High Efficiency Production Requirements

Embodiment Construction

[0030] The present invention is described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0031] Such as image 3 shown. The jig for laser direct structuring technology includes a base 2 and two mold sticks 3 , that is, mold stick 301 and mold stick 302 , and the two mold sticks have the same structure. Die bar 3 is used for fixing the workpiece to be processed (not shown in the figure). The mold rod 3 is placed on the base 2, and the base 2 is used for positioning the mold rod 3, so that the workpiece to be processed fixed on the mold rod 3 can be lasered on the area to be processed by the laser emitted by the laser emitter. image 3 Die rod 301 and die rod 302 are used at different angles. When die rod 301 is rotated 90° and then placed on the base 2, its angular orientation is as shown by die rod 302. The workpiece fixed on the mold rod 301 and the workpiece fixed on the mold rod 302 have different surfaces to be irradiated by the laser, so that the to-be-pro...

Abstract

The invention discloses a jig for a laser direct structuring technique. The jig is characterized in that the jig comprises a mold bar for fixing a workpiece to be processed, and a base having V-shaped grooves for locating the mold bar, wherein the mold bar is detachably arranged in the V-shaped grooves, and the mold bar can be still placed in the V-shaped groove after turning over by an angle; and the workpiece to be processed is arranged on the mold bar and is suitable for laser irradiation before and after the mold bar turns over. The jig for a laser direct structuring technique has a simple structure, is convenient in use, and is easier in location when the mold bar is placed in different V-shaped grooves. The jig can obviate frequent detachment and installation of the workpiece to be processed so as to effectively prevent the surface of the workpiece from being scratched, and the yield can be improved by above 20%. The jig can be used for processing a plurality of workpieces to beprocessed once with high efficiency, and each device can produce 4,500 workpieces per day. The mold bar used in the invention is easy in operation, and is convenient in assembling or disassembling the workpieces to be processed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a jig for laser direct forming technology. Background technique [0002] Laser direct structuring technology, referred to as LDS, its main application is to use laser laser to coat the metal layer on the injection molded parts on the workpiece to be processed. The workpiece to be processed is generally an injection molded part. [0003] The mobile phone antenna used in the prior art is produced by directly plating a metal layer on the surface of the antenna bracket by using laser laser technology. [0004] Mobile phone antenna brackets used in the prior art generally have multiple surfaces that require laser processing. Such as figure 1 Shown is a structural schematic diagram of a mobile phone antenna bracket 1, figure 2 for figure 1 The structural schematic diagram of the mobile phone antenna bracket 1 flipped 180°. Such as figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, it needs to laser at least the first region 11, the second regio...
