The invention discloses a method for preparing a nano-titanium dioxide photocatalytic bactericidal coating, comprising the following steps which are sequentially performed at room temperature: mixing an organic solvent with water in a stainless steel or plastic container according to proportion, and fully stirring till uniform mixing, wherein, the organic solvent accounts for 30-70%, and pure water is added till 100%; slowly adding film-forming resin according to 1-50% of the mixed solvent, and fully stirring till uniform mixing; adding a curing agent and a non-ionic surfactant in liquid which is uniformly mixed, and simultaneously stirring till uniform mixing; and adding bactericidal anatase nano-titanium dioxide lyosol at 10 nanometers and below and fully stirring till uniform mixing, wherein the solid content of nano-titanium dioxide in the lyosol is 10%, and the adding proportion of the lyosol is 1-30% of prepared mixed liquid. The nano-titanium dioxide photocatalytic bactericidal coating has broad-spectrum bactericidal effect and killing effect against staphylococcus aureus, mildew, microzyme, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus clausii, bacillus coli and the vast majority of bacteria, and the effect is long-lasting.
Description
Method for preparing nano-titanium dioxide photocatalytic bactericidal coating technical field The invention relates to coatings, in particular to a nano-titanium dioxide photocatalytic bactericidal coating. Background technique Most of the existing bactericidal paints achieve the bactericidal effect by adding bactericidal preservatives in the paint. Bactericidal preservatives are mainly used to ensure that materials do not deteriorate during use by killing bacteria or making them lose their ability to grow and reproduce. Bactericidal preservatives can denature the proteins in microorganisms, reduce the activity of cells, and promote the death of bacteria. They can also mutate the genetic genes of microorganisms or interfere with the activity of enzymes inside cells to make it difficult to reproduce. There are many kinds of bactericidal preservatives, which can be divided into inorganic bactericidal preservatives and organic bactericidal preservatives according to the di...
