Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a mobile relay selection method, comprising the following steps: sending each pilot frequency signal in each main lobe direction of an antenna, wherein the pilot frequency signal sent in each main lobe direction is orthogonal to the pilot frequency signal sent in any one of other main lobe directions; receiving pilot frequency identities of all pilot frequency signals fed back by idle terminals and channel quality information corresponding to each pilot frequency signal; and selecting a corresponding idle terminal, from idle terminals corresponding toall the pilot frequency identities, to be used as a relay node in the main lobe direction indicated by each pilot frequency identity according to a preset selection strategy and the channel quality information of all the pilot frequency signals, wherein the selected idle terminal provides relay service for a target communication terminal in the main lobe direction indicated by each pilot frequency identity.
