One path of a power supply input end is transmitted to a singlechip by a first-level voltage stabilizing module and a second-level voltage stabilizing module; the other path of the power supply input end is transmitted to the singlechip by a voltage sampling module; the input end of a resistance type sensor transmits a signal to the singlechip through a resistance sampling module; an in-circuit serial programming (ICSP) communication port and a serial communication port transmit the signal to the singlechip respectively; the LED display module is parallelly connected with the singlechip by a segment gating control wire and a sheet gating control wire; the singlechip processes the input signal and outputs the processed signal through a low-order output end and a high-order output end; and the output signal is displayed by the LED display module.
