The invention relates to a temperature controller of a vehicle-mounted battery pack which comprises a battery compartment, wherein a housing of the battery compartment comprises a heat insulation layer, heat radiation channels are arranged between batteries, an air inlet duct and an air outlet duct are arranged at two ends of the battery compartment, the air inlet duct is connected with an air filter, the air outlet duct is connected with a temperature adjustment and control module, an air duct switching device and a silencer, an air return duct is arranged between the air duct switching device and the air inlet duct, a battery manager is arranged in the battery compartment, temperature sensors are arranged in the air inlet duct, the air outlet duct and the air duct switching device respectively, a battery detector and the temperature sensors are connected to an electronic detection and control circuit, the electronic detection and control circuit is further connected with an externaltemperature switch, the air duct switching device and the temperature adjustment and control module, and an air door is arranged in the air duct switching device.
