Abstract

The invention relates to a superconducting material and device based on a novel superconducting mechanism. The novel superconducting mechanism is independently searched and summarized by the inventor. In the core mechanism, oscillation / phonons of lattices of superconducting crystals and ion chains (dipole chains) are combined to contribute to the generation of electron pairs; and almost all electron pairs in a system are tuned to an energy level difference corresponding to dominant frequency of the phonons (particularly frequency of optical waves). The superconducting material / device comprises the superconducting crystals and a unit for improving phonon intensity of the ion chains (dipole chains) of the superconducting material. The superconducting material / device provided by the invention is characterized in that the unit for improving the phonon intensity of the ion chains (dipole chains) of the superconducting material comprises a phonon resonant cavity.
